Home Care Automated was started by two IDoA experts; one working for a large software company and another working for an IL provider agency with over 1,000 clients. We saw first hand the effort agencies were going through to be compliant with TTP; extra shifts, more staff, long hours and late nights. Every provider we spoke with was looking for a solution. Having started a previously successful AI company that focused on robotic process automation the solution was obvious for our team and we were able to bring in another Chicago local developer on as a partner to build out Home Care Automated’s various tools. This is the beginning of our journey using our knowledge for this niche space to bring straightforward tools to market to solve big problems.
